Katie Pearse Productions Will:

• Transfer the CDs to .mp3 format.

• Edit the interviews for clarity, cohesion and remove all distracting noise to the best of my ability.

• Add music to highlight moments and mark transition points.

• Remove filler words and long pauses in the original interview. 

• Post the interview on streaming services (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Audible, Amazon etc.) 

• Transcribe the interviews into .pdf and .docx format.

The Client Will:

• Mail the CDs to Katie Pearse. 

• Inform Katie Pearse of any changes that need to be made after delivery of the edited recordings.

Payment:

• The total cost of editing these recordings is estimated to be $710.

  •  $250 per hour of audio you send. Estimating there are two hours and 15 minutes of audio (45 min each interview).

  • $50 per transcription of the finalized audio, $150 for three transcriptions.

• The finalized total cost will depend on the length of the audio when I receive the CDs.

• The first half of the payment is due upon signing this agreement and is non-refundable. $355.

• The second half of the payment is due within a week of the final episode’s delivery. $355 (+cost of time beyond whats been estimated).

• Payment will be made using this form and another form emailed to you for the second payment.

The Client Recognizes:

• The finalized audio will be posted on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Audioboom, and any other major streaming platform for public consumption. 

• The podcast will remain posted to major streaming platforms for 10 years. 

• Anyone will have access to their episode once it is posted on the major streaming platforms.
