Katie Pearse Productions Will:

• Receive and review the two separate, hour-long recordings provided by the client, previously recorded.

• Edit and combine these original recordings into  engaging, feature-style narrative videos.

• Include music, narration, and visual transitions to create a cohesive storytelling format.

• Integrate provided photos and/or home videos within the video, synchronized with the interviewees’ recorded voices.

• Deliver the finalized video and audio by April 4th, 2025, via downloadable files (.mp4 video and .mp3 audio formats).

• Make requested revisions, if any, provided by the client within one week of delivery.
   

The Client Will:

• Provide Katie Pearse Productions with the previously recorded files and any specific editing instructions or sections to remove.

• Supply digital copies of any desired photographs and home videos for inclusion in the final project.

• Provide revision requests, if necessary, within one week of receiving the final project.

• Allow Katie Pearse Productions to use segments of the final video or audio for promotional or advertising purposes, unless otherwise indicated.

• Download and preserve a copy of the files on their own computer or in cloud-based storage. 
   

Payment:

The total cost of this feature-style narrative editing package is: $1600.

• The first half of the payment is due upon signing this agreement and is non-refundable ($800).

• The second half of the payment ($800) is due within one week after final delivery.
   

Payment will be arranged using this form and a second payment form emailed to the client upon project completion.
 

The Client Recognizes:

• The final episode can be posted on YouTube Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Audioboom, and any other major streaming platform for public consumption, unless client opts out (just let me know!)

• If posted to streaming services,  the episodes will remain posted to major streaming platforms for 10 years. 

• Anyone will have access to their episode once it is posted on the major streaming platforms.

• It is the client's responsibility to download the files for an safe-keeping and preservation.
